I bought an alternator for my truck. When it showed up, I open the box pulled out all the packaging, the alternator had a broken plug housing. I Called the service department and they shipped another one right out to me. The shipper USPS lost the package or something like that. I contacted A-premium to tell them I haven't received my alternator. They get right on it and with in a couple hours they had found out the info on the lost pa package. And had the 2nd replacement on its way. I received it a few days later. The package was whole and undisturbed and was the alternator inside. This is my first time dealing with this company. I was very impressed with how they handled it. I will definitely be doing more business with them.

Andy Side mirror glass replacement
Only needed new glass in side mirrors. Received driver and passenger side. Passenger side was fine but driverside after installing was warped. A-Premium quickly replaced it with anew one and everything is great now! Would recommend them Fast and exact delivery on time. Impressive!!!
