Reward Point

A-Premium Points are loyalty rewards with no cash value, earned through purchases, activities, and tasks on A-Premium. You can view your earned points in the member center. Please note that canceled accounts will forfeit all accumulated points.

About Earn Points

Make a purchase

For every qualifying purchase, you can earn points based on your current reward tier. The points earning rate is as follows:

  • Starter/Silver users earn points equal to 100% of actual payment amount (1x points)
  • Gold users earn points equal to 200% of actual payment amount (2x points)
  • Platinum users earn points equal to 300% of actual payment amount (3x points)
  • Diamond users earn points equal to 500% of actual payment amount (5x points)

Points are calculated based on the rounded-up payment amount (including shipping and tax fees). For example, a $99.99 purchase would earn:

  • Starter/Silver: 100 points
  • Gold: 200 points
  • Platinum: 300 points
  • Diamond: 500 points

Qualifying purchases refer to users purchasing products from A-Premium, excluding the amount of refunds/rejection/cancellation on your orders.

When you complete the payment, your account will record the points earned from this order, but the points are frozen and unavailable for use at this time. The points will only become available after the order you paid for is shipped. You can check the status details of all your points by visiting the "Points" section in your account.

Previous points spent on orders will not qualify to generate new points.

B. Earn Points for Product Reviews
You can earn A-Premium Points by reviewing purchased products:

  • Text reviews: 30 points
  • Reviews with pictures/videos: 50 points
  • High-quality reviews: Additional 20 points

C. Participate in Activities to Earn Points
Earn A-Premium Points by participating in activities on A-Premium's website. For detailed rules, please visit the activity homepage or check your email notifications. To ensure you receive important updates, add our email address to your contact list to prevent it from being marked as spam.

About Point Usage

Every 100 points can be deducted by $1 when your order is settled. The deduction ratio of points is subject to your current reward tier:

  • Starter/Silver users can deduct up to 20% of the product price
  • Gold users can deduct up to 30% of the product price
  • Platinum users can deduct up to 40% of the product price
  • Diamond users can deduct up to 50% of the product price

Please note that points cannot be used to deduct shipping charges or taxes. The earliest expired points will be applied first.

About Point Balance

The points on A-Premium website are independent and displayed in your account. They cannot be cashed, transferred, sold, or used across accounts.

How to Check

Please log in to your A-Premium account and visit the "Points" section to check your balance. You can only view the point balance of your current account.

About Point Validity

  • Newly Earned Points: Valid for 1 year from the date they are earned.
  • Existing Points: AP points earned before February 1st, 2025 will expire on December 31 of 2026.

We encourage you to redeem your points before the expiration date to maximize your benefits. Points earned prior to this change will not expire. If your points expire before redemption, they will be deleted from your account.

Regarding points refund

  1. If you cancel an unpaid order, the points used for the original order will be immediately refunded to your account.
  2. If an order is canceled before shipping, points will also be returned to your account.
  3. For refunds processed after shipping, the points used for the order will be returned, but the points earned from that order will be deducted.
  4. In the case of a partial refund, points will be returned based on the percentage of the refunded item's price relative to the total order price.
  5. Points may expire upon return, depending on their original expiration date.

About Redemption

Redemption for cash is not allowed. Points hold no monetary value outside of this program.

About Transfer

You shall not transfer, sell, donate, pledge, mortgage or in any other manner dispose of your earned points to allow such points to be in circulation in markets, violation of which shall entitle us to suspend or cancel all your earned points with immediate effect.
