Welcome to the A-Premium Reward Program ("our", "us", "program")! A-Premium Reward is a program for our valued users, who can enjoy exclusive promotions, event access, and redeemable benefits. By joining our Program, you can upgrade your status and earn enhanced benefits with each purchase. By participating, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Scope of Application:
Our A-Premium Reward Program is available on A-Premium.com and its various country/region websites, subject to the rules of the site where you registered. Your participation is individual and limited to one account per person. Your purchases will be credited to the account you used at the time of purchase, and status upgrades are subject to the rules of your registered site.
Participation Rights and Obligations:
A-Premium Reward Program is free of charge. You only need to register to participate. By making qualifying purchases, you can upgrade to different member tiers. Qualifying purchases refer to the purchase of goods on the A-Premium website, excluding the amount of any refunds, rejections, or cancellations on your orders. A-Premium reserves the right to terminate participation for any violation of these terms and conditions. Any fraudulent activity or attempt to manipulate or abuse this program (e.g., creating multiple accounts) will result in the account being removed from the program without prior notice and may lead to the deduction of all points. Upon termination of participation, all unused points, coupons, and benefits associated with the program will be forfeited.
About Member Tiers
Member Tiers:
Our A-Premium Reward Program has 5 tiers: Starter, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond.

Tier Validity & Review:
Tier Validity Period

Starter and Silver: Permanent once achieved.

Gold, Platinum, Diamond: All are valid for Rolling 12-Month Validity. Your tier status is continuously and dynamically determined by the number of successfully completed orders in the rolling past 12 months.
Upgrade

Trigger: After an order is shipped.

Rule: Your tier is determined by the number of successfully completed orders (excluding fully returned orders) within the last 12 months.

Key Standard: Accumulating 4 completed orders within a year qualifies you for the Diamond tier.

Action: The system will automatically recalculate your tier based on order count. You will be upgraded immediately if you meet a higher tier's criteria.

Validity Update: When you achieve or maintain a tier, its validity period is reset to 12 months, starting from the shipment date of the order that triggered the evaluation.
Downgrade

Trigger:
a. After an order is returned.
b. Daily system scan of expiring or expired high-tier memberships. -
Rule: Tier is recalculated based on the number of successfully completed orders within the last 12 months (from the latest shipped order).

Action:

If the order count from the past year no longer meets the current tier's requirements, the member will be downgraded to their eligible tier.

If a member has fewer than 4 completed orders in the past 12 months, they will be unable to maintain the Diamond tier.

If the member has 0 or 1 completed order in the last 12 months, they are downgraded to Silver (permanent).

If downgraded to Gold or Platinum, the new tier is valid for Rolling 12-Month from the date of the latest order that triggered this downgrade.

About Benefits
Introduction:
Participation in this program will entitle you to enjoy a Points system as well as exclusive discounts, promotions, and other benefits (e.g., Birthday Discount, Exclusive After-Sales Service). Information on earning and redeeming A-Premium Points is governed by the Reward Rules. Detailed information on member benefits is available in the Reward Benefits and Guidelines.
Other:
Please note that A-Premium Reward benefits cannot be applied to past purchases. Program-exclusive benefits, such as discounts, are only valid on A-Premium.com and may vary by country/region.

Approval:
Once you join our A-Premium Reward Program, you will be deemed to have read and agreed to comply with the rules. A-Premium may, at its sole discretion, change, restrict, or modify program rules, regulations, benefits, participation qualifications, or any other features of the A-Premium Reward Program, and/or may decide to terminate the program at any time with advance notice. The most current rules are always available on our website. If you continue to use the A-Premium Reward Program after changes to these terms, you will be deemed to have accepted the modified rules. Please review the website regularly for updates.
Termination and/or Removal:
If you terminate your participation or are terminated due to policy violations, you will only be able to shop as a guest on A-Premium.com, forfeiting any outstanding points, benefits, and member status.
Limitations of Liability:
A-Premium may modify the program terms, including benefits and tiers, or suspend or terminate the program if the program cannot operate as planned for any reason, including fraud or an attempt to defraud. This may result in the cancellation of all benefits and privileges associated with the program. Any abuse of the program, failure to comply with any program requirements, any false statements, or any behavior that harms A-Premium's interests may result in the revocation of participation and may affect your eligibility for future involvement. A-Premium reserves the right to adjust, update, or discontinue program criteria at any time, which may include changes to tier status and benefits.
Communication:
A-Premium will notify you of any changes, suspension, or termination of the program through mail, email, or other channels with your permission, and display all changes on this page. Unsubscribing may result in delayed receipt of messages, and you may not receive any compensation for program modifications or suspensions. A-Premium may continue to send you emails regarding account changes and program eligibility.
Privacy Policy:
A-Premium values your privacy and will protect your personal information in accordance with our privacy policy. By participating, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as outlined therein.
