Perfect fit. It worked great. Truck passed emissions test. It came with mounting hardware, but I used the original hardware. The flange bolts and exhaust pipe strap clamp we're still good shape. Torqued everything to the manufacturers spec. and used high temperature anti-seize on the bolt threads. Thanks A-Premium. Best
