This is the only handle out of 4 that does not work unless I put pressure on the far end of the handle as I pull on it. This is unacceptable and doesn't make me confident in the products they offer. This is my first time ordering, tried to reach out to customer service and never got any response. So far, I'm not impressed at all. After watching a related YouTube video on my Escalade hatch back door not opening, i began my online search for a replacement motor. Amazon had some for pretty inexpensive price but the reviews were good and bad. Then I came across A-Premium website offering the identical motor. It was more expensive but not horribly though and it came with a 2 yr warranty which the others did not have.
