The reason I give this a three star is because there are no instructions and the hole in one of the uprights was not threaded for the bolt. The company was very quick to send a new piece. I figured out all the fasteners are metrics and I was able to tap threads in the one hole instead of waiting for the new piece. The spacer goes between the top of the caster and under the two cross braces. The nut for the caster uses a 17 mm, the bolts use a 13 mm and the nut uses a 14mm wrenches. The stand is lightweight, sturdy and is easy to move around. Overall, I like the stand and the hardtop fits well. I would recommend this stand to.
