I had a bit of time re-installing this door lock system simply it had been nearly a month before I gave hunting salvage area, parts store (unavailable item), and deal parts dept. ($400 price tag). Finally broke down and order the above parts not knowing if it is even the right one. I am glad I did for it was the exact part I needed. Took me a bit of time to recall what I had to do to install the new part and it work perfectly. Now, if the have a back up cam for 2019 F350. That will be mine next purchase from them.
