Package was shipped quickly. It was a perfect fit but you do need to use the wire mount from the old unit its easy to remove with a Philip screw driver. It was also prefilled with oil. Order Short 1 Filter
My original order was for 2 Wix filters (items are sold in quantities of 2); however, I only received one in the mail. I chatted with customer service, and after confirming a few facts, they placed an order for the remaining filter which I received one week later. Exhaust manifold with gasket

Ordered 2-front hood struts & 2-rear hatch struts. Order was a week late and when they arrived I was missing the 2-hood struts. I only had half my order. I called notified them my order was half missing. They completed my order,just had to wait another 2 weeks for delivery. Customer support were decent and supportive. Horrible to put together, rickety and unstable
I'm leaving a review after attempting to get in touch with their customer service to no avail. First, the pictures provided for this item are not assembled the 'correct' way, the video I had to find after attempting to replicate the picture shows a completely different set up for the castor bolt and braces. Assembled the correct way the entire thing is still rickety and unstable, there is only so far that I can tighten the self lock bolts on the castor stem which is far to long to give any stability to the base. Putting aside the lack of any instructions, the assembly is awkward -the wrench provided is very helpfully not sized to either of the nut sizes, so tightening is difficult and frustrating at best, definitely have your own tools handy. There are, simultaneously, too many and not enough washers, but truly the entire thing is an exercise in futility because the incorrectly sized castors make everything wobbly no matter how much you tighten or fuss with the parts. Extremely disappointed with this purchase, particularly as this is marketed for and intended to be used for a high value vehicle. Im a little confused by all the reviews which tout this as a stable and high quality product as this in no way reflects what I have received. I am leaving one star because the quality of the metal assembly is decent and should be able to be put together into something stable and easy to use, however much is left to be desired for the rest of the setup. I will now attempt to find castors and parts which will fix the issues. If you're looking to purchase do so with the knowledge that if you want a usable product you will have to supplement with your own parts and tools to make something functional.
