Interior items were poorly packaged. Plastic bad containing misc parts had been previously open resulting in hardware scattered inside the shipping box. Shipping box had exterior damage and holes but fortunately bolts, nuts etc were not lost duing the shipping process. It appeared the box was a return or opened previously and then shipped out to me. Untill I install this item I'll find out if anything else is damaged or will need to be replaced. So far main item appears to be ok visually.
