Your website says a certain Bosch Window Wiper would fit my Kia Sportage. They will not, as the attachment is different. When speaking to a rep on the phone he told me if I wanted a refund I would be sent an email with return label and once they received the return, I would get reimbursed.
They have gone Silent and I have not received a return label.
