The transaction from order to installation was so smooth. In today's society, nothing is as expected, that is until you order and deal with the professionals at A-Premium. Ordering was easy, delivery was easy, and the parts are exactly as ordered. It's not often that things in life are so smooth, but A-Premium is like a breath of fresh air. Good product, if you aren't in a hurry.
The product was good. Shipping was terrible. Originally promised on December 1. Called on that date since there were no shipping updates since day 3 when it left the distributor. A-premium said they would send another one expedited shipping. The first one finally arrived on December 8. The second one sent expedited arrived on December 12. 12 days for expedited, thirteen days for regular shipping, pretty sad . I probably won't order anything again.

I purchased an A-Premium oxygen sensor for my son's car and he has not put it on yet. I want to say I was very pleasantly surprised how fast this item was shipped to me! It made it as convenient as going down to the auto store nearby but with a much better price then I would have gotten if I had bought it there.
