Installed on my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland instead of defect old one. Easy installation, proper function. Just noted the round rubber gland is a bit smaller than original and I am a bit afraid that water could ingress through the hole, so put some silicone sealant on it. That's why four stars. Otherwise works well so far.

Perfect

The package came very quickly. Opened it up and installed the lift easily, about 10 minutes. Operation is just like original, or maybe a little smoother - a good solid unit.  I had purchased a different, less expensive brand a few months ago, it failed about 2 days after installation.  This unit is going strong after a couple of weeks, will update if anything changes.
